When you book a service or contact us, we collect:

• -Your name, phone number, and email address
• -Vehicle details (year, make, model)
• -Service address where the detail will be performed
• -Booking date, time, and service notes you choose to share

We do not collect or store credit card information through this website. Payment is handled directly between you and our technician on the day of service, or through a separate payment processor with its own privacy practices.

03 How we use your information

• -To confirm and fulfill your booking
• -To contact you about scheduling, arrival times, or service questions
• -To send a one-time booking confirmation email
• -To keep records required for our business and tax purposes

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.

04 Where your information lives

Bookings are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase, a third-party infrastructure provider. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Both providers are commercially common services that maintain their own privacy and security standards.

05 How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to operate our business and comply with tax and accounting obligations (typically 6 years in Canada). You can request earlier deletion of your record by contacting us.

06 Your rights

You can ask us to: (a) confirm what information we hold about you, (b) correct any inaccurate information, or (c) delete your information, subject to any legal requirement we have to retain it. Email info@donerightmobilecardetailing.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

07 Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential cookies needed for the booking system to work (for example, keeping your draft booking on the device until you confirm it). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

08 Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

09 Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will also be communicated on our home page or by email if you have an active booking.
