Terms of Service

01 Agreement
By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms. The contract is between you (the "Customer") and Done Right Mobile Car Detailing (the "Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not book.
02 Services
We provide mobile car detailing services at the address you supply. Service descriptions, durations, and prices listed on this site are good-faith estimates. Final price may vary based on vehicle condition (heavy soiling, pet hair, biohazard, mould, paint correction beyond standard polish, etc.) and will be discussed with you before any extra charges are applied.
03 Booking and confirmation
Online bookings are tentative until we contact you to confirm, typically within one business hour. We may need to suggest a different time if there is a scheduling conflict, weather issue, or service-area limitation. A booking is not final until you receive our confirmation.
04 Site requirements
- -A safe, level, accessible parking spot for the vehicle
- -Access to a working outdoor water tap (cold water is fine)
- -An outdoor power outlet within ~25 metres of the vehicle
- -Permission to be on the property if the address is not your own
If we arrive and these conditions are not met, we may need to reschedule and a cancellation fee may apply.
05 Weather
We will reschedule at no charge in the event of heavy rain, snow, freezing temperatures (below 5 degrees C for exterior work), or other unsafe weather. Light rain or overcast conditions do not require rescheduling.
06 Cancellations and rescheduling
- -Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice: no charge
- -Less than 24 hours notice: a cancellation fee of $50 may apply
- -No-show or no access on arrival: full deposit (if any) may be retained
07 Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept e-transfer, debit, and credit card. A receipt will be provided on request.
08 Vehicle condition and personal items
Please remove personal valuables, electronics, child seats requiring reinstallation, and anything fragile from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, items left inside the vehicle.
We will note any pre-existing damage we observe before starting work. By booking, you confirm the vehicle is in safe operating condition and that we have your permission to move it within the service site if needed.
09 Quality and re-do guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please tell us before we leave the site. We will fix any reasonable issue on the spot. Issues raised more than 24 hours after service may be addressed at our discretion and may carry a fee.
10 Liability
We carry commercial liability insurance for damage caused by our work. Our liability for any single claim is limited to the price of the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some pre-existing conditions (clear-coat failure, paint already lifted by previous damage, fragile interior trim, aftermarket parts not properly secured) cannot be foreseen. Issues arising from such conditions are not our responsibility.
11 Privacy
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
13 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or booking new services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
